Direct bookings give you a property. Mèrola gives you a property plus a full concierge operation around it transfers, staffing, activity coordination and 24-hour support. The villa is the same. The experience is entirely different.
Our portfolio covers Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis, Costa Verde, Trancoso, Bahia, Búzios and Paraty. Properties range from oceanfront estates and hilltop residences to private island compounds and colonial-style retreat homes.
For most destinations, four to eight weeks is sufficient outside peak season. For Carnival, New Year’s Eve, summer (December through January) and major events, we recommend booking three to six months in advance. The best properties are reserved early.
Yes and it is the most natural way to structure a luxury Brazil journey. Many of our clients use a villa as their base and build day trips, yacht charters, Carnival access or multi-destination itineraries around it. We design and coordinate the full experience.
Most properties in our portfolio include housekeeping and basic staffing. Private chef, additional service staff and specialist support are arranged separately through Mèrola’s concierge layer, tailored to the size and preferences of your group.
