Privately, efficiently and without limits
Rio works year-round, but the peak windows are Carnival season (February or early March) and the summer months of December through January, when the city is at its most energetic. If your group wants Carnival as the centrepiece, we recommend planning at least four to six months in advance as the best access sells out early.
Every experience is built from scratch around your group’s preferences. There are no fixed packages. Typical arrangements include private accommodation, VIP nightlife access with reserved tables and bottle service, yacht or island day trips, personal hosts, private transfers and security coordination. We handle as much or as little as you need.
Complete discretion is a condition of how we operate, not an optional add-on. Our team does not discuss client arrangements, itineraries or guest details with anyone outside the immediate operation. What happens in Rio stays with Mèrola.
Yes. Many groups combine Rio with a few days in Angra dos Reis, Trancoso or Fernando de Noronha arriving early to decompress before the main celebration or extending after. We design the full journey as a single seamless experience.
